2. Using this website

You may browse this website and use our forms for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false, harmful or unlawful content through our forms.

3. Information on this website

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Industry statistics are quoted from the third-party sources named next to them. Prices shown are starting prices; the price for your project is the one in your written quote.

4. Free teaser requests

Requesting a free 10-second teaser does not create any obligation for you to buy. We may decline requests at our discretion, for example if a brief falls outside the type of work we do. Teasers are provided for evaluation only and may not be published or used commercially unless you go on to order the full video or we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Projects and quotes

Each project is governed by the written quote or proposal we agree with you, which sets out the scope, deliverables, price, payment terms and timeline. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement applies. Unless agreed otherwise, every video includes 2 rounds of revisions; additional work is quoted separately before we start it.

6. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to share any logos, screenshots, text or other materials you send us, and that we may use them to create your video. You remain the owner of your materials.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and videos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Rights in videos we create for clients are set out in the relevant project agreement. We may show finished client work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we have agreed confidentiality in writing.

8. Third-party links and services

This website links to and embeds content from third parties such as YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and policies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless your project agreement says otherwise or mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
